As we explained in Chapter One, questionnaires and interviews are the two most popular methods for collecting feedback from multiple sources, and each can be used either alone or in conjunction with the other. In this chapter and the one following, we will discuss the factors to consider when making your decision about which approach to use and offer some pointers on how to use each method to maximum effect.
