Because it allows them to engage many people in the process quickly and cost-effectively, decision-makers often opt for the group workshop method of delivering feedback. Next, we describe two approaches we have found to be practical and engaging. The first is to conduct a workshop that focuses on creating an awareness of how others perceive the feedback recipient.
