BECOME INCLUSIVE

When I was considering starting my own company, I had a vision for where I wanted to go and what I wanted it to be. But I knew that vision alone doesn’t make a great organization. Before embarking on the long road to founding SVI, I accessed a bunch of resources to help vet and validate my idea. I met with many different people inside and outside of the organizational development industry. I read every book and article I could get my hands on.
