MEETING MINUTES

Meeting minutes are a record of what took place during a meeting. They allow the meeting attendees to review the meeting later to look for outstanding issues and action items.

In some cases, such as stockholder and board of directors meetings, the minutes are required by law and are included in the corporate minute book.

Meeting minutes should include (Figure 39):
