Helping our team process this phase

Coaches should transfer ownership of the process to the team and provide them with the support they need to make changes as our team sees fit. Help them understand that the meetings such as the Daily Scrum are their meetings, ideas for making them more effective should now come from within the group. As coaches, we're far less hands-on and will only provide our team with options if they need them.

By this point, our team will be familiar with the concept of hypothesis-driven approaches (experimenting) in order to change up their working environment. Coach the team to continuously analyze and improve how they carry out their work. The Sprint Retrospective is an ideal forum to identify areas that need attention. ...
