Question 4 – What will we do?

These are the features that we'll create or change to encourage our actors to help us achieve our outcome.

For example, we'll create a feature to inspire people to buy additional items by showing them what other people who purchased this item also bought.

In this step, we'll write down as many actions as we can think of, for each of the outcomes we identified in Step 3. The result should look a little like this:
