Activity – creating a User Story Map

This activity requires a good cross-section of the people invested in building our product. We'll need to make the activity work with enough people to benefit from group wisdom without crowding out good ideas, so probably with a maximum of 8 to 10 people in one session. Of course, multiple sessions can be run and the results combined.

Where possible, we should have representatives from the following groups present: the key stakeholders, user experience, development (software devs, testers, BAs), our Product Owner, and the people who will use our software.

What we'll need: Index card, sharpies, a big table, and wall space with a way to pin or tack story cards and post-it notes.
