Think about it. If you were born between 1925 and 1944 you are currently approximately sixty-four to eighty-three years old. You missed World War II, but not by much. But a miss is as good as a mile when it comes to wars. Your overall numbers are small and your generation is referred to as Silent, presumably because you have little to say and are therefore reticent.
