Acme Evaluation Associates (AEA) is pleased to submit the following evaluation design for the XYZ Training Project. In general, the AEA will complete the following tasks:

• Participate in the development of project record-keeping forms to assure that data are collected in a manner that will provide information usable in the evaluation design.
• Structure and conduct surveys of instructors, administrators, and trainees to collect information on their perceptions about project impact and effectiveness.
