Sample Evaluation Report

Following is an example of a final, or summative, evaluation report for a project in a city zoo. As you read through it, think about the following:

Who was the audience for this report?

Can you think of two other audiences that might want or benefit from either an oral or written report from the evaluator?

In this particular case, was the evaluator part of the program?
