THE AUTHORS
John Boulmetis is a professor in the School of Education (SOE), director of Graduate Studies for the SOE, codirector of the URI/RIC PhD Program, and coordinator of the graduate program in Adult Education at the University of Rhode Island. Since 1985 he has also been director of URI's Center for Human Services (previously the Institute of Human Science and Services). Dr. Boulmetis received his master's degree in education from the University of Rhode Island, and his doctoral degree in adult and vocational education from Ohio State University.
