Making faces

Faces are fascinating. We are drawn instinctively to images of faces and instantly recognize their expressions. Smiling life-size ones attract us to the covers of magazines, crying ones make us sad, and screaming ones are arresting and shocking. The simplest representation of eyes and a mouth can create a face with an individual personality.
