Paul Lyons, PhD, is professor of management in the Department of Management at Frostburg State University, of the University System of Maryland. Paul teaches courses in organizational behavior and leadership. He has experience in higher education as director of research, division head, dean of graduate school, department chair, and associate dean of the College of Business. In addition, he has experience in sales management and in human resources management with the City of Tampa, Florida. Paul has extensive experience as a consultant and trainer with a variety of business, government, and nonprofit organizations. Paul is also a frequent contributor to the Sourcebooks.
