Sonia Ribaux has been working in the field of learning and performance for 17 years and has designed and implemented learning solutions in a wide variety of settings. Her designs are highly interactive, with a special focus on games and simulations. Sonia has taught at Concordia University for over 13 years in the master's degree in the educational technology program. Her course, Educational Gaming and Simulation, is widely appreciated. A longtime member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), she has served as president of the Montreal chapter.
