103. Forge FeedbackLoops

The best leaders rely on feedback to motivate because it reinforces the positive and helps people recognize when, where, and how improvement must be made. Skillful leaders forge effective feedback loops to maximize the motivational qualities of the environment. They know that the biggest mistake many people make is believing they are infallible. Feedback helps overcome that fallacy.
