47. Lead Boldly Where None Dare

Master leaders chart courses of action into the unknown. Such action requires a degree of boldness. A bold course does not necessarily mean an earth-shattering insight about how to move a group or organization ahead. The boldness comes from the fact that no one else dared to think of the action or no one was willing to try. Bold leader action sets a new standard of possibility.
