58. Step Up and Act: Be Decisive

When all is said and done, charting a course means taking action. At a certain point, you have to swallow hard and jump off the cliff. Master leaders step up and act decisively. Most people will be decisive when a building burns in raging flames. Master leaders are action-ready and decisive at all times. They operate with a "make something happen" mind-set. They think with "get a result" logic. They demonstrate the willingness to march forward with a bold, positive, and resolute step.
