32. Clarify the Action-Results Connection

Master leaders know that expectations may not be met because people do not clearly recognize the connection between their behaviors and the outcomes those behaviors produce. Some people have good intentions. They fail to meet expectations because they do not know what specific behaviors are needed to accomplish a task. Also, some simply do not expect that their actions can create negative results because they do not fully recognize the action-results connection.
