12. Be an Ocean

The ocean is ever stable and silent at its depth. The ocean is also ever-changing and active on its surface. Waves at sea represent energy that moves through the water, yet the water actually remains in the same place. Waves that originate from the deepest, most stable, and quiet part of the ocean are bigger and more powerful. All rivers rush toward the ocean.

Natural born leaders remain inwardly silent while engaged in dynamic activity. They create waves of various magnitudes that move people and organizations. They draw people to them and nourish all who come.
