Awareness guides action. Self-awareness means you are clear about what you do with your time, attention, and actions. Self-awareness represents the subtlest natural born leader skill. Self-awareness is fundamental to leadership growth. Any skill deficiency has its roots in bounded awareness, limited "wakefulness," and restricted consciousness or information processing.
