Are Managers Leaders?

The 108 skills describe leaders, not managers. Managers perform tasks similar to leaders, but being a manager does not make someone a leader. In The Nine Natural Laws of Leadership, I compare the leader and manager roles and describe the key distinctions between leaders and managers.

I explain that managers are given their role within the organization. They are expected to direct subordinates to fulfill their job requirements and accomplish their assigned responsibilities.
