How to do it...

Connect to the Teradata arcmain utility:

Log in using the archive user to execute the backup job.
Copy the following statement and execute it in the arcmain window. Save the file with the DBC_ARC.arc name:

Parameters to keep in mind

The log will be saved in the DBC_BKP_2018. Check the log file for the status and ensure the completion of the job.
