A user requires the following privileges/rights in order to execute the MultiLoad:
- SELECT and INSERT (CREATE and DROP or DELETE) access to the target or loading table
- SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE are required privileges for the user PUBLIC on the log table
