We used TensorFlow to incrementally solve a discrete version of an ODE system. For specific parameters, we saw that the predator-prey system can indeed have cyclic solutions. This would make sense in our system biologically, because if there are too many predators, the prey start to die off, and then there is less food for the predators so they will die off, and so on.
