Shape Masters, Stencils, and Template Benefits
Creating distinctive Shape Masters, Stencils, and Templates enables you to reuse information from your drawing documents. From custom information created for reuse in Visio, you can increase efficiency of your workflow and increase communications for your organization. You can share these design components across a workgroup, within and organization, or across institutions with remote access.
Shape Masters, either custom made or copied from another Stencil, are stored on new or existing Stencil files.
