Rearranging Databases

Lotus Notes sets the order of the databases in the Navigator pane for you. To change that order, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Favorites portfolio by double-clicking its icon on the workspace.

  2. Click the Favorites name bar in the Navigator pane.

  3. Choose Edit Portfolio from the pop-up menu. The Databases view opens.

  4. In the View pane, select the name of the database that you want to move up or down in the list.

  5. Click the Move Up action button to move the database up the list or the Move Down action button to move the database down the list.

  6. Click the Done action button when you have the arrangement you want.
