Character Formatting

In Notes, you can change character formatting in any rich text field. Using character formatting, you can make your documents more interesting and attractive or you can emphasize important text. Character formatting includes working with all of the following characteristics:

  • Font Apply a typeface to text in the document. For example, you can make a title stand out by assigning it a font different from that of all other text. And you can set the tone of the document or make body text easier to read simply by choosing certain fonts.

  • Type Size Apply a size (say, 24-point size) to the text so titles are large and easy to read, and less important text is smaller (10-point, for example).
