Working with Multiple Databases
Like many Windows programs, Notes enables you to open several windows at one time. If you are in your mail database and need to access another document, you can access the workspace through the Window menu and click another database, all the while keeping your mail database open. When you access Help by pressing F1 or by using the Help menu, a new window opens to display help information. You also can open several documents within a single database. To access multiple databases, follow these steps:
Open a document (in your mail database) from the Notes workspace.
As soon as the database is open, access the Help database by choosing Help, Help topics from the menu.
Without closing the Help menu, choose Window, Workspace ...
