Notes Security
Lotus Notes and Domino security have several levels of access. Notes administrators and designers can determine the following:
Who can access the server
Who can access each database
Who can access views and documents within a database
Who can access fields within a form
Accessing the server is determined by your Notes ID and password. Whether or not you can access a database and what you can do within the database is determined by the Access Control List for each database. Notes security is a powerful, important tool for your company.
