Using the Public Address Book

When your company or organization first sets up Lotus Notes, they establish a Public Address Book, which includes the address of everyone in your company who uses Notes mail. As company personnel change, your administrator updates the information. You, however, cannot make entries in this book, although you can update your personal information—very much like you use the public telephone book.

Tip

No Public Address Book Icon? If you're a remote user, you might not see the Public Address Book icon. You can add it to your workspace by following the steps described in Lesson 22.
