Some Internet Basics

The Internet is a vast collection of connected computer networks, and the most popular component of it is the World Wide Web. Most Web files are stored in a format called Hypertext Markup Language, or HTML.

Access provides two ways to interact with the Internet—incoming and outgoing. In other words, you can provide Access information to people who use the Internet, or you can provide Internet information to people who use your Access database.
