Creating a Simple Query Using Query Wizard

The easiest way to create a query is with a Query Wizard, and the easiest Query Wizard is the Simple Query Wizard. (The other Query Wizards are "special-use" ones that you'll probably never need; they're described later in this lesson.)

The Simple Query Wizard lets you select the fields you want to display. You don't get to set criteria for including individual records, or specify a sort order. (You'll learn to do those things in Lesson 20.) This kind of simple query is useful when you want to weed out extraneous fields, but you still want to see every record.
