Deleting Records

If you find that one or more records is out of date or doesn't belong in the table, you can easily delete it. You can even delete several records at a time. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the record(s) you want to delete.

  2. Do any of the following:

    • Click the Delete Records button on the toolbar.

    • Press the Delete key on the keyboard.

    • Select Edit, Delete.

    • Select Edit, Delete Record.
