Changing Data Series Values

As you fine-tune your chart, you may discover that you originally selected the wrong cells for a particular data series. Or you may want to add an additional series to a chart. Both options are easy to complete using the Source Data dialog box. Here's how:

1. Click the chart to select it.

2. Open the Chart menu and select Source Data. The Source Data dialog box opens, as shown in Figure 24.4.

3. Click the Series tab.

4. To remove a series, select it from the Series list and click Remove.

5. To add a new series, click Add. Then either type the appropriate range address in the Name and Values text ...
