Changing Text Attributes with Toolbar Buttons

A faster way to enter font changes is to use the Formatting toolbar shown in Figure 18.3.

To use a tool to change text attributes, follow these steps:

  1. Select the cell or range that contains the text whose look you want to change.

  2. To change the font or font size, pull down the appropriate drop-down list and click the font or size you want. You can also type the point size in the Font Size box.
