Getting Help with Screen Elements
If you wonder about the function of a particular button or tool on the screen, wonder no more. Just follow these steps to find out what it does:
Press Shift+F1, or open the Help menu and select What's This? The mouse pointer changes to a question mark.
With the question mark pointer, click on the screen element for which you want help. A box appears explaining the element.
If you need help with an element in a dialog box, click the Help button at the end of the title bar. (It looks like a big question mark.) Point to an element and click, and you'll get instant help.
