Xiao Liu received his PhD degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, in 2011. He received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2007 and 2004, respectively, all in Information Management and Information Systems.
