Chapters within Title 19 of the U.S. Code Customs Duties

Title 19 of the U.S. Code provides most U.S. trade law. The chapters within Title 19, listed below, provide a good overview of the evolution of U.S. trade law. The later laws generally amend the earlier laws, but many of the earlier laws still apply today. Therefore, it is important to be familiar with all of the trade laws, not just the most recent or only those that directly address telecommunications issues.
