For more than one hundred years, tests and assessments have been tools used by organizations to identify capable individuals for selection and promotion into a wide array of positions. Over these years, the science of accurate and fair assessments has evolved, built on accumulating research on both assessment tools and criterion measures as well as the relationship between them.
