Abstract:

Knowledge and its dynamics are important features of networked organisations able to improve fast-response and flexible problem-solving capabilities in complex environments. This chapter proposes an interpretation of the processes of knowledge flows’ formation and diffusion into networks and knowledge ecosystems, based on the concept of feedback knowledge.
