Once the system has been successfully implemented, it is time to operate the system. The Operations phase consists of all on-going activities required to keep the system running smoothly for the lifetime of the solution.

In this chapter, the Operations process is discussed including managing fixes and enhancements to the vendor’s solution and closing the project.

The people involved in the internal support team, vendor support team, and end user groups are also discussed.
