About the Authors
JOE FRONTIERA, Ph.D., is cofounder and managing partner of Meno Consulting, where he works to help leaders and their teams perform at a higher level. Joe coauthors a regular column in the Washington Post’s “On Leadership” section and has also been featured in CLO magazine, CIO Insight, the SportBusiness Journal, and the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. Joe has survived cancer, three years of Division I Crew, and the WorldCom scandal, and he draws on those experiences to further assist corporate, government, and athletic teams in reaching their potential. In his off time, Joe enjoys playing with his children and the increasingly infrequent opportunities to travel with his wife.
