Trust Barometer: An Icebreaker
Purpose: A great exercise to kick off a discussion about trust on your team.
Process:
Prior to the session, post the following signs on the wall about six to seven feet off the ground. On the left side of the wall, post a sign that says, Open and Candid, and on the right side of the wall, post a sign that says Closed and Cautious. In between these two signs, post 10 signs resulting in a scale of 1 through 10, with 1 being closest to Closed and Cautious.
