Team Trust Norms
Purpose: To develop a set of ground rules or norms on trust for your team.
Materials: Convert the previous page, “Who Do You Trust?” into a handout for this exercise.
Process:
Explain the purpose of the exercise.
Ask each person to read the handout and identify a person whom they trust.
Type or write that person’s name at the top of the page.
Type or write all the things that this person does that inspires trust.
