External Trust Assessment
Purpose: To examine the degree to which your stakeholders trust your team.
Process: Review the questions and indicate your response using the following scale:
1 – Almost never
2 – Rarely
3 – Sometimes
4 – Most of the time
5 – Almost always
Option: Consider giving this assessment to some of your stakeholders and then comparing your responses with their answers.
