Roll-Out Plan

Although we often spend more time on plan design, the introduction and implementation of the plan are far more important in the long run. Here are some basic guidelines for the roll out process:

   Use the chain of command. Every manager or supervisor must be able to clearly explain the plan to his or her employees.

   Keep it simple. Focus on what employees want to know:

•  How do we earn an award?

•  What do we get?
