Communicate with Key Stakeholders
Process: Begin by making a list of your key stakeholders. For example, senior management, functional departments managers, support groups, etc. Use their specific name or title (e.g., Vice President, Clinical Development). Then make another list of the communications tools at your disposal (e.g., meeting minutes, staff meeting presentations). Finally, match the stakeholder with the appropriate communication tool(s).
