Listening Practice

Good listening skills are so important that we believe that they should be included in every training program for team leaders and, if possible, for all team members. In this exercise, every person gets a chance to both send and receive a message. It teaches team members that, as a sender of information, it is important to be brief, clear and quickly get to the point. Most importantly, receivers of information learn how to actively listen in order to understand the sender’s message in exactly the same way it was intended.
