Interpersonal Communication Assessment

Overview: If you suspect that a real communication breakdown is occurring at the interpersonal level, then this survey can help. In other words, based on your informal data collection, if you and others believe that the real problem is a breakdown in communication among team members, this is the place to start.

Directions:

1.   Ask each person to complete the survey and then send it to a neutral third party for scoring.

2.   The summary should include the frequencies of the responses for each statement and the mean (average) for each statement.
