iCal is Mac OS X’s calendar application. As you can probably guess, you can use it to track calendar events and record To Do items; however, iCal goes beyond these basics.
One of the best things about iCal is that you can publish your calendars on the Web so that other people can view them, either within their own iCal windows or via a Web browser. By subscribing to other people’s calendars, you can see what they are up to, which makes coordinating events among a group of people much easier.
